Dining at the Cobblers Cove hotel's Terrace Restaurant is a gourmet delight, enhanced by its position right on the edge of the beach. The Executive Chef, and his team create delicious menus with French, Thai, Modern Australian and Middle Eastern influences - using fresh produce, much of it local.

Cobblers Cove is one of the only five hotels and restaurants in the Caribbean to be invited to be a member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux organisation.

The award-winning cuisine, 6 times winner of the Barbados Gold Award, is prepared taking full advantage of local produce and pride themselves on the quality and value of the extensive wine list.

Mornings begin with full English breakfast, lunches are deliciously casual affairs, whilst candlelight encourages an elegant evening mood.

Matthew Knight the hotel's Executive Chef’s philosophy in cooking is relatively simple, buy the freshest seasonal products and produce harmonized dishes.

Matthew brings with him to Cobblers a touch, which he has, developed working in other luxury Relais and Chateaux properties around the world. He describes his culinary style as a blend of Classical French, British and American Influences. Before arriving at Cobblers Cove, Matthew spent two years as Executive Chef at a property in the British Virgin Islands incorporating Caribbean ingredients and resources into his menus.

In Barbados, Matthew has a wealth of quality local ingredients to take advantage of. The hotel is lucky to have it's own fisherman "Barker" and his "catch" delivered to Cobblers Cove and served that very same day.

Friday evenings are a fish lover’s fantasy with a selection of locally caught fish together with caviars from America, Japan and Europe.

Room service is also available at the hotel at no additional charge.

General dress code for evening is elegantly casual, no shorts, jeans or trainers for dinner.

The poolside bar is opened from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. or later as required and serves refreshing drinks including the famous Cobblers Cooler.
